I help women get STRONGER
…and when it feels like there is never a good time to start, I get them started.
I’m Phoebe, that’s me with my dad 🙂
I live in Marlow with my husband and three young children.
I am an ex-banking lawyer, full-time mum, personal trainer, strength coach and MNU qualified nutritionist.
You’ll find 5 things I believe in below. If you resonate with them, I think we’ll get along:
If you like these ideas… I have lots to share with you.
A whistle-stop-tour on who I am:
and here we are!
Now I get to work 1-1 with wonderful local women at all stages of life, in my private studio in central Marlow.
We focus on them, their goals and whatever they need on the day.
Sometimes that might be a walk and a cup of tea… but mostly we lift heavy stuff!
Some are rebuilding after babies, others started training later in life and some train because of or around injuries or chronic conditions.
All of them work hard. They are building resilience now and investing in their future.
They didn’t wait for a ‘good time’. They train now, because now is what we have. Even when it’s busy. Even when life throws curve balls.
Looking after yourself doesn’t have an end date. It is a forever commitment which gives you the strength, the resilience and the health to do life well.
So let’s make it work, now.
Just like:
Hazel, Arielle and Hannah who rebuilt strength following the birth of their babies.
Wendy and Jane who can now carry the shopping, the grandkids’ car seats, enjoy hobbies and simply do what they want, for themselves and with those they love.
Fi is finding her strong best self, after years of putting herself behind a stressful job (even whilst she still does that job).
These women have changed their life trajectory by putting the work in week after week.
More strength & energy = more ability = more life.
It is never too late to show up for yourself.
I get it, life is busy. But if you wait for it to stop being busy, to be easy, you’ll never start. If you only look after yourself when life is ‘easy’ it inevitably falls apart when things get hard. And who wants a life with nothing in it anyway!
Looking after yourself is an ongoing project.
It doesn’t have an end date.
Let’s get started?

P.S. Before you get on with your day, drop me a WhatsApp message?
I’d love to know where you are on your health and fitness journey.
It gives me insight on how I can be most helpful to you.
It could be a one-sentence reply or a full story.
I will read it.
After a year of training with her, I’m still not entirely sure whether she’s my PT or my therapist! 😂
A year later, I’m SO much stronger, aches and pains I thought I just had to live with have disappeared, and I feel better than ever.
The only problem? I’m now completely addicted to our sessions… God knows where this is going to end! 💪😂
Before working with Phoebe I lacked confidence and felt vulnerable. I felt overwhelmed about where to start but wanted to change.
Now I am happier, more confident and physically so much stronger.
I am able to tackle life and more inclined to try new things.

I always feel happier when I leave than when I arrived.
Training with Phoebe has made a real difference to how strong and confident I feel.
From the very beginning, she saw potential in me—even when I didn’t always see it in myself.
On days when I feel unmotivated or doubt my progress, she’s there with patience, positivity, and just the right words to keep me going.
What I especially appreciate is the care she puts into the whole experience—she’s always there with encouragement and support beyond the workouts.
